GIIS Abu Dhabi School Fees Structure

At Global Indian International School, our objective is to simplify the payment process by offering a transparent fee structure, along with convenient payment methods.

The school fee for 2024-25 academic year is effective from April 1st 2024 to March 31st 2025. There are 3 terms per year which are applicable to all the courses.

Conditions:

Registration Fee to be payable after accepting the admission.

ASSET examination fees (English, Math, Science) Grade 3 to Grade 10: 70 AED

Optional: NGCSE examination fees Grade 4 to Grade 10: 40 AED

Registration & Re-registration once paid it is non-refundable but deducted from TERM 2 Tuition Fee.

Uniform and Books are mandatory and should be collected from school.

Is there any annual registration fee?

Registration fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that parents need to pay in order to secure the seat for their child at the time of admission. This is not an annual fee.

How many times in a year are parents required to pay the fees?

A three-term academic year system is followed at GIIS Abu Dhabi. Parents are required to pay the fees at the beginning of each term, three times a year.

I have opted for transportation, when do I pay the bus fee?

Transportation fees have to be paid per term along with the other term fees.

Can fees be paid on a monthly basis?

We do not have the option of monthly fees payment as of now. All fees are to be paid at the beginning of the term, three-times a year.

When is the registration fee due?

At GIIS Abu Dhabi, the one-time registration fee is to be paid during admission only.

Whom should I contact in case of queries?

In case of queries, our Admissions Teams/Counsellors are always available to respond to your queries via online meetings or in-person meetings. You can easily book a meeting from our website. You can also fill the enquiry form and we will connect you to the right person!

Are there any fees charged besides Term fees?

At GIIS, for the convenience of the parents, the books and uniform are provided by the school itself. Parents need to pay an annual fee towards this at the beginning of the academic year.

If a parent pays the registration fee for an academic year but is not able to admit a child due to some reason, can the same fee be considered for the next academic year?

If such a case arises, the parent will have to submit a letter addressed to the Principal stating the reason for the non-admission. The final call is subject to the Principal’s discretion after the Principal’s office has gone through the merit of the case.

Is the transportation fee the same for all students?

Fees need to be paid three times in a year - once for every term.

Does GIIS Abu Dhabi offer scholarships?

Scholarships are offered to the students of GIIS Abu Dhabi from Grades 2 to 12. A student’s eligibility of the scholarship can depend upon academic performance, exhibition of extraordinary talent or their gross income.

What is the scholarship tenure?

The tenure of each scholarship depends on the type of scholarship and usually ranges between 1 to 2 years.

What all scholarships are offered by GIIS Abu Dhabi?

Six different scholarships are offered at GIIS Abu Dhabi. They are Global Future Ready Merit Scholarship, Zayed Gandhi Merit Cum Means Scholarship, Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Global Skills Scholarship, 9Gems Holistic Development Scholarship, GIIS Superstar Scholarship and Global Citizen Scholarship. What determines a student’s eligibility to avail the scholarships?

The eligibility criteria is different for each scholarship and hence depends upon a student’s grade, tenure, academic performance or financial background. The student must be a UAE resident in order to avail the scholarship benefits (either residence visa holders or Emirates ID holders)
